Salary: $128,700 - $181,700 USD (by zone)

What you will do
- Own a strategic book of 80–110 accounts, driving product adoption, expansion, and subscription renewals against a monthly quota.
- Serve as primary point of contact for controllers and CFOs, managing and retaining mid-market customers.
- Monitor customer health, product utilization, and spend trends to prevent churn and identify expansion opportunities.
- Run virtual and on-site executive business reviews focused on product configuration, best practices, and value realization.
- Deliver training webinars and enablement sessions for end users of the platform.
- Advise customers on optimized AP, AR, and spend & expense workflows using strong product and finance/accounting knowledge.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- 5+ years in customer-facing, revenue-owning SaaS roles (e.g., Customer Success Manager or Account Manager) with a track record of hitting/exceeding quota.
- Proven experience managing, growing, and retaining mid-market accounts, including renewals and expansion.
- Ability to explain complex technical/product concepts in clear, business-friendly language and translate customer needs to internal stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver customer outcomes in complex projects.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with customer success tools such as Gainsight; strong communication and presentation skills for executive/C-level audiences.
