What you will do

• Supervise mechanical installation and maintenance activities on-site.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Manage team performance and operational workflows during 10-hour shifts.
• Coordinate with site management to meet project milestones and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain high standards of safety and technical excellence in a nuclear environment.

Requirements

• Must hold NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, Pro Qual Level 3, or be a Time Served Apprentice in Engineering/Mechanical Fitting.
• Must hold a valid CCNSG safety passport.
• Must hold one of the following: LATS, SSSTS, or IOSH Managing Safely.
• Ability to work a 10/4 rotation schedule.
• Proven experience in mechanical supervision within industrial or engineering environments.
