What you will do

• Maintain >80% uptime of key process tools in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Perform complex fault finding and repair of machine tool PCBs to component level.
• Provide technical direction to junior personnel and support manufacturing shift leaders.
• Sustain, evaluate, and improve uptimes of wafer fab processing equipment.
• Implement cost reduction projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed safely, including handling chemicals and hazardous materials.

Requirements

• Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Material Science.
• Proven experience in electronics fault finding and PCB repair to component level.
• Ability to work alternate early and late shifts in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and instruction.
• Experience in a semiconductor or cleanroom environment is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the repair of Epitaxy, Ion implant, and Passivation process equipment.
• Prior experience with 6s or Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience working with equipment suppliers and subcontractors.
