Head of Ecosystem Growth

Full-time/Company: Arbitrum Foundation

Arbitrum Foundation is dedicated to scaling Ethereum through Layer 2 solutions. Arbitrum One, an Optimistic Rollup, enables faster, more affordable transactions while maintaining Ethereum’s security; the platform already hosts hundreds of dApps and over $13bn TVL.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand and strengthen the Arbitrum ecosystem.
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with developers, dApp creators, industry leaders, and ecosystem collaborators.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to enable partners and builders.
- Work with engineering to ensure Arbitrum’s technology is easily accessible and integrated into projects.
- Define, track, and report KPIs for ecosystem growth and developer adoption.
- Oversee grants and funding programs to support new projects and developers.
- Lead ecosystem events such as hackathons, developer meetups, and Web3 conferences.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in ecosystem development, business development, or growth within blockchain, Web3, or technology.
- Proven track record of building and scaling developer ecosystems, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Strong experience with Layer 1 or Layer 2 solutions, Ethereum, or other decentralized technologies.
- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic partnerships and negotiation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven approach with experience tracking and reporting ecosystem metrics and KPIs.
