What you will do

• Ensure continuity of business-as-usual HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Answer employee queries and connect associates with necessary HR tools.
• Maintain accurate employee data and provide high-quality service for HR administrative processes.
• Document local and cluster-level administrative work, including standard letters and agreements.
• Review and streamline policies and processes to eliminate waste and redundancy.
• Leverage Workday and Power BI to propose improvements and automation in internal processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of heavy use of Workday HR solutions.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Understanding of cluster/country-level HR administrative and operational work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with database management and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
