What you will do

  • Manage HR operations and personnel administration specifically for France and Italy.
  • Resolve employee and manager inquiries via ticketing systems (ServiceNow) following SLAs and quality standards.
  • Maintain employee data and process employment documentation across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Tier 2/3 teams to resolve dependencies and escalations.
  • Identify recurring issues and support process standardization to improve HR service delivery and knowledge base content.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations or HR Services with a focus on personnel administration and operational delivery.
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience with HR case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and high-volume operational environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage diverse regulatory environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting HR operations specifically within France and Italy.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HR master data systems.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate for reporting and process automation.
  • Experience with payroll processes or cooperation with payroll vendors.
