What you will do
- Apply and post customer payments accurately and timely in financial systems.
- Monitor bank transaction activity daily to validate incoming payments.
- Resolve open items, unapplied cash, and payment exceptions to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with Collections, Finance, and Tax teams to resolve account discrepancies.
- Perform regular reconciliations between subledgers, bank statements, and the General Ledger.
- Support month-end close activities and internal/external audits.
Requirements
- University degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Experience in an international company, preferably within an SSC/BPO environment.
- Functional knowledge of MS Excel and SAP or other ERP systems.
- Very good level of English language.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
