What you will do

• Define and execute the data delivery strategy and operating model aligned with business objectives.
• Own the P&L and financial performance for delivery engagements, ensuring margin targets are met.
• Drive the adoption of modern data platforms, AI capabilities, and data product mindsets.
• Lead and mentor teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities, supporting pre-sales and account growth strategies.
• Act as the primary interface for stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in data delivery, engineering, or program leadership.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale data programs and portfolios.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and delivery governance frameworks.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen including P&L management and forecasting.
• Exposure to the AI/ML and GenAI delivery lifecycle.
