What you will do

  • Lead the Customer Success and Professional Services (PS) business in France, managing CSM and PS teams.
  • Drive subscription renewals, revenue growth, and adoption of AI-powered solutions.
  • Identify, sell, and deliver strategic professional services opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Develop strategic transformation roadmaps to deliver tangible business value to enterprise customers.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor up to the C-level.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performance culture across CSM and Project Management teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT consulting (CX, Contact Centre, AI, Telecom, or CRM).
  • 8+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Must be based in Paris, France.
  • Strong background in SaaS, cloud technologies, and agile delivery.
  • Experience in delivering Enterprise Digital Transformation.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., Prince2, PMI).
  • Prior exposure to hirify.global technical solutions.
  • Experience in the sales and delivery of AI solutions.
