What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed implementation project plans, managing milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead client kickoff meetings and recurring status updates to align on scope, timelines, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Billing, and Support to ensure successful system access and connectivity.
• Manage transition activities such as AR file conversion and legacy receivable work-down strategies.
• Serve as the primary client contact, translating business requirements into operational specifications.
• Oversee go-live execution and facilitate the transition to steady-state operations leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• 2-3 years of experience in client-facing project management or transition leadership.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM operations, including billing, denials, and AR follow-up.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with EDI transactions and payer enrollment processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with MEDHOST, Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR/practice management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt and leverage AI tools for workflow efficiency.
