What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans to support growth and market expansion in Norway.
• Manage and continuously improve the Software & Services Catalogue to ensure commercial success.
• Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into customer-centric solutions.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure offerings are market-relevant and deliverable.
• Drive commercial readiness and oversee the successful launch and adoption of new offerings.
• Stay ahead of developments in HR technology, SaaS, and AI to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, or Strategic Marketing.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Proven success in launching, scaling, and optimizing commercial offerings.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience within B2B SaaS, HR technology, or professional services is highly desirable.
