Junior Product Manager

TL;DR

Junior Product Manager (Product): Supporting the product team in delivering features and managing project lifecycles with an accent on user research, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on learning product strategy, refining requirements, and contributing to the end-to-end delivery of digital content experiences.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid role with 2 days remote per week)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end feature delivery from refinement to release.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to ensure project timelines.
• Participate in user interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable insights.
• Build and interpret dashboards to track feature performance and KPIs.
• Write clear product specifications and documentation.
• Support senior product managers in roadmap planning and problem validation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a Product role (PM, Associate PM, or internship).
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions.
• Ability to organize work, meet commitments, and proactively flag blockers.
• Empathy for users and a strong desire to understand the 'why' behind product features.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and eager to learn under mentorship.
