TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the EU with working rights. Sponsorship available for France only.

What you will do

  • Co-lead end-to-end product development from opportunity sizing to launch.
  • Frame business cases, including P&L impact, benchmarks, and compliance fit.
  • Own product marketing, positioning, and launch narratives.
  • Partner with designers and engineers to clarify outcomes and remove blockers.
  • Make evidence-based decisions using research, data, and user feedback.
  • Define success metrics and drive iteration post-launch to ensure measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EU with valid working rights.
  • Proven track record of shipping features and driving outcomes across the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate messy data into clear hypotheses.
  • Experience balancing speed, product quality, and regulatory constraints.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
  • Clear communication skills to align teams around outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, or marketplaces.
  • Experience with high-scale consumer applications.
