Automation & Control Technician

What you will do

• Program, configure, and maintain PLC systems, specifically Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
• Develop and manage HMI and SCADA applications to support production processes.
• Troubleshoot complex automation, electrical, and industrial communication issues.
• Lead and support automation and electrical engineering projects from concept to implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation including control logic, I/O lists, and functional specifications.
• Integrate industrial systems such as PLC, SCADA, PI, and OPC platforms.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
• B.Sc. or Practical Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and SCADA/HMI systems.
• Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control drawings.
• Good technical English skills (reading and writing).

Nice to have

• Experience with OSIsoft PI System / Historian.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols like EtherNet/IP, Modbus, or Profibus.
• Background in continuous process industries.
• Experience leading engineering and automation projects.
