What you will do

• Lead the software team for current and future generation multidisciplinary products.
• Perform hands-on development using C#, C++, and OOD design in Windows and Linux environments.
• Develop workplans and promote software methodologies and quality gates in collaboration with project and system managers.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements definition and coding to release and customer support.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, and algorithm teams to enhance system capabilities and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Tech Lead roles.
• Strong software design skills for creating scalable, maintainable, and modular systems.
• Deep understanding of OOP principles and Operating Systems concepts (threads, synchronization, memory, IPC).
• Proficiency in C++ or C#.
• Strong hands-on experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience working with large multidisciplinary systems and managing multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working close to hardware and with real-time (RT) systems.
• Strong multithreading and concurrency expertise.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude code.
• Proficiency in modern development practices including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Ability to drive technical decisions across multiple teams.
