What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process for high-profile accounts.
• Perform daily cash management tasks including wire payments, asset transfers, and journal entries.
• Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal departments such as Compliance, Legal, and Tax.
• Handle ongoing account maintenance, including approvals for product trading.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls for Alternative Investments.
• Resolve ad hoc client queries and support Private Wealth Advisors in daily operations.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English language skills required.
• Commercial apprenticeship in the financial industry or a Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Must obtain CWMA Level 1 (Zurich) qualification within 3 months of hire.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
