What you will do

• Perform expense report analysis, review, and reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Manage bank reconciliations and prepare monthly expense accruals and journal entries for payroll and other accounts.
• Execute month-end closing and reconcile a designated set of balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare financial analysis at month-end for assigned entities or scopes of tasks.
• Support the Finance team and business in the daily use of the Procurement/AP system.
• Participate in updating procedures to improve controls and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Accounting degree or commercial diploma.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar function (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ERP, and standard accounting packages.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multinational work setting.
