Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Henley-on-Thames, UK (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Integrate client insights into regional Institutional marketing plans to shape impactful, data-driven strategies.
• Partner with Distribution teams to localize and deliver the EMEA Pensions marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with specialist teams (Events, Content, Research) to execute client-centric experiences.
• Support the Senior Institutional Marketing Manager in defining multi-year strategies for UK and EMEA pensions.
• Track and report on marketing activation performance using KPIs to optimize future initiatives.
• Build effective partnerships between Marketing and Distribution to ensure consistent regional strategy application.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in B2B marketing within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of asset management, products, and competitive landscapes.
• Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital-first marketing management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to link marketing activities to commercial results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with key business partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent qualification.
