What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable software focusing on performance and availability.
- Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories using Agile methodologies.
- Proactively propose code refactoring and optimization improvements.
- Support less experienced developers through training and task monitoring.
- Maintain high-quality standards by sharing knowledge and conducting tech talks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js
- Must be based in Ukraine or Poland
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required
- Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
