What you will do

• Design, build, and operate production-grade ML systems for outfit discovery and personalised fashion experiences.
• Work with Machine Learning Scientists to productionise deep learning models and deliver measurable customer and business impact.
• Deploy and optimise batch and real-time ML models serving millions of customers at scale.
• Improve ML system performance, reliability, observability, and scalability across the ML lifecycle.
• Own technical design decisions and contribute to team architecture, standards, and engineering practices.
• Mentor engineers and contribute shared ML capabilities, tools, and best practices across teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning systems in production environments.
• Strong expertise in deep learning and applying it to real-world customer or business problems.
• Hands-on experience with modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience training and optimising ML models on distributed GPU infrastructure with large-scale datasets.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and modern practices (CI/CD, containerisation, observability, automated testing).
• Experience with MLOps (model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management).
