What you will do
- Convert qualified inbound leads into booked private jet flights.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive repeat business.
- Guide clients through the entire booking process from inquiry to confirmation.
- Maintain accurate client and deal records within CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure 24/7 operational coverage via rotational shifts.
- Coordinate internally to ensure a seamless and high-end delivery experience for every client.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Honduras, Argentina, Costa Rica, or South Africa.
- Willingness to work U.S. (EST) hours and participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience in luxury sales or high-ticket closing.
- Exposure to the private aviation or travel industry.
- Familiarity with Avinode or similar industry tools.
