What you will do

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into booked private jet flights.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive repeat business.
  • Guide clients through the entire booking process from inquiry to confirmation.
  • Maintain accurate client and deal records within CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure 24/7 operational coverage via rotational shifts.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure a seamless and high-end delivery experience for every client.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Honduras, Argentina, Costa Rica, or South Africa.
  • Willingness to work U.S. (EST) hours and participate in a rotational on-call schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience in luxury sales or high-ticket closing.
  • Exposure to the private aviation or travel industry.
  • Familiarity with Avinode or similar industry tools.
