What you will do

  • Maintain and evolve the MES environment to support and improve physical assembly and manufacturing workflows.
  • Translate complex physical manufacturing processes into smart, digital workflows within the MES.
  • Integrate MES with ERP and shop-floor automation layers to ensure data continuity and full traceability.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to monitor KPIs such as OEE, throughput, yield, and downtime.
  • Build and manage intuitive BI dashboards to provide leadership and operations teams with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field with a manufacturing focus.
  • Proven experience in managing, customizing, and scaling Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern BI visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of the automation pyramid (ERP, MES, SCADA).
  • Strong communication skills to act as a translator between production workers and software developers.
