What you will do

• Support Workday Financials as the central ERP system across multiple companies and geographies.
• Configure financial dimensions, posting rules, and business logic.
• Provide first-level system support for accounting operations and period-end activities.
• Drive system and process improvements, including automation initiatives.
• Coordinate global feature rollouts and finance projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Train finance teams and maintain clear process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience with cloud-based ERP systems, ideally Workday Financials.
• Good understanding of IFRS or German GAAP and end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Fluent German and English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Make.com or UiPath.
