Business Analyst – Employee Channels & Customer Interaction (Fintech)

Location: Bucharest, Romania (with occasional travel to Amsterdam)

What you will do

• Analyze user needs and data to identify and define high-value features for digital wholesale banking channels.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure developers understand the business context.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers within a DevOps squad using Agile methodologies.
• Validate solutions through testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Monitor feature adoption and usage to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Align deliverables with multiple stakeholders across the global tribe to ensure successful release.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in creating and optimizing digital customer journeys.
• Experience in the banking industry with a solid understanding of IT solutions.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and application communication (APIs, SOAP).
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
