What you will do

• Evaluate vehicle test data and logs using internal software to identify performance issues.
• Analyze sensor data, including lidar and radar, and autonomy visualizations to understand issue context.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues of test vehicles in real time, providing actionable feedback to operators.
• Monitor, document, and classify the cause and impact of vehicle performance failures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Systems Engineering, and Autonomy teams to escalate and resolve problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of employment experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, Allen Park, MI, or Palo Alto, CA.
• Availability to work the second shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm ET.
• Ability to quickly learn new analytical tools and follow detailed technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail for repetitive analytical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADAS automation testing products.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Jira.
• Experience in software/IT, operational, or STEM environments.
• Familiarity with dashboarding software like Looker or Superset.
