What you will do

• Execute the weekly triage process for simulation results.
• Perform expert daily triage on simulation events.
• Categorize and prioritize issues based on safety impact and performance severity.
• Identify failure trends and align AI performance metrics across teams.
• Develop and maintain objective triage workflows.
• Recommend and implement improvements to triage tooling and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems troubleshooting and diagnostics, preferably in safety-critical industries.
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Triage role for Autonomous Driving.
• Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, and scripting/programming (Python).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with AI, simulation, and infrastructure teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with root cause analysis of an autonomous vehicle stack.
