What you will do

• Audit existing data flows across ERP, MES, and PLM systems to map reporting outputs.
• Design and implement structured data storage and pipeline architectures, defining sources of truth and data models.
• Build and maintain a reliable data warehouse to replace manual exports and point-to-point connections.
• Establish and own data quality checks and comprehensive documentation of pipeline logic.
• Partner with the Operations Planning and Analytics Lead to develop well-structured data products.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in ETL/ELT pipeline design and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of dimensional and relational data modeling.
• BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or dbt for pipeline automation and transformation.
• Familiarity with the structure of operational data within ERP and/or MES systems.
• Experience connecting heterogeneous operational systems (ERP, MES, PLM).
