What you will do

• Resolve employee technical requests by diagnosing and triaging issues via the IT Service Desk platform.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices to ensure operational standards.
• Manage the IT Asset Management system to ensure all hardware and license data is accurate.
• Prepare necessary hardware, software, and licenses for employee onboarding and ongoing operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive service delivery documentation for the IT team.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA Service Desk for ticket management.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Linux command-line operations and Azure AD.
• Business fluent English proficiency.
