What you will do

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key financial drivers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports with clear recommendations for management.
• Monitor KPIs and assist in developing reporting dashboards and tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and HR teams on cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (required); CPA qualification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, financial planning, or business partnering.
• Mandatory expertise in SAP.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for analytics and presentations.
• Ability to deliver business case presentations to senior management.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines.
