What you will do

• Develop and optimize high-performance client and server-side game systems.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of large-scale features.
• Conduct coding, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and deep understanding of Unity.
• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and debugging techniques.
• Experience shipping games on consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and Switch).
• Must be based in or able to work from Leamington Spa, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud services such as PlayFab and GameSparks.
• Experience with modern console development.
• Knowledge of Unreal or other proprietary engines.
