TL;DR

Location: Remote. Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil. Work hours must align with EST Time Zone.

What you will do

  • Execute the full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, presentations, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified B2B prospects to ensure consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth.
  • Establish and manage long-term relationships with business owners and C-level executives.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and position solutions that align with client pain points and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff.
  • Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil.
  • Ability to work within the EST time zone.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Background in consultative sales or service-based B2B environments.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales representatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
