Salary: 86,000 – 100,000 SEK per month

What you will do

• Own the global strategy, executive relationships, and commercial direction for 5-8 of the most strategic accounts.
• Create multi-year account plans that align hirify.global's value with customer business priorities.
• Develop and maintain high-level C-suite relationships across various regions and functions.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews focusing on business transformation rather than just product usage.
• Coordinate regional Strategic Account and Customer Success Managers to ensure coherent global execution.
• Define the frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for long-term global account management.

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating global enterprise accounts across regions without direct hierarchical authority.
• Deep familiarity or a strong track record in management consulting, financial services, or pharma.
• Ability to operate at the C-suite level with high credibility and substance.
• Experience building new account models, markets, or organizational structures from scratch.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm office.
