TL;DR
Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth in the Nordic market for an intelligent People Success Platform with an accent on mid-market and enterprise deal closing. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, nurturing C-level relationships, and self-sourcing a robust pipeline.
Location: Must be based in Sweden. Preferably hybrid in Malmö, but fully remote within Sweden is possible for the right candidate.
Salary: Base 42k–47k SEK, Monthly OTE 65k–70k SEK

What you will do
- Present and demo the People Success Platform to HR leaders and C-level stakeholders to address specific organizational challenges.
- Manage and close mid-market, SMB, and Enterprise deals across the Nordic market.
- Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline through self-sourcing, supported by Marketing and Business Development.
- Lead discussions and negotiations regarding legal frameworks, data structures, and compliance in RFPs and agreements.
- Partner with internal squads, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless sales journey.
- Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to maintain 's market position.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
- Full fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Must have the legal right to work in Sweden.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize sales workflows.
- Ability to handle complex stakeholder management and high-value deal negotiations.
