What you will do

• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track business performance
• Gather and analyze data for business cases and ad hoc requests
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Risk Ops teams to standardize reporting across the organization
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and validation of implemented solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to the Risk Ops management team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Experience in risk management and business process analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Visio, and Salesforce
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data programming languages
• Experience in AML/KYC
