Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Hammersmith, London office)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from consulting with hiring managers to offer negotiations.
- Lead searches for senior roles and provide proactive support to the People Director and CPO for executive-level hires.
- Define and develop the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with the Marketing team.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and maintain the Teamtailor ATS.
- Oversee the end-to-end contractor process, ensuring rigorous IR35 checks and legal compliance.
- Champion inclusive hiring best practices and optimize sourcing strategies for diversity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a lean team, ready to own a standalone function.
- Strong ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers and leadership.
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law (Equality Act 2010, Right to Work) and GDPR.
- Experience with contractor management and IR35 compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns.
- Resilience and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
