TL;DR

IT Professional (Microsoft 365): Supporting clients with Microsoft Admin Portals, VOIP systems, and Windows-based environments with an accent on system administration and technical support. Focus on configuring call routing, managing security policies, and resolving Tier 1-2 incidents.

Location: Remote (must be based in Philippines)

Compensation: USD 600–650 per month

What you will do

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Admin Portals, including users, licenses, and security policies.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing.
• Support and maintain Windows systems, including user accounts, remote access, and patching.
• Provide Tier 1-2 technical support and incident resolution.
• Document technical procedures and internal processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of VOIP systems, including setup, call flow, and SIP configuration.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Schedule: Ability to work 9 AM – 1 PM EST (9 PM – 1 AM PH Time).
