Location: Hybrid, based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Must be based in or be able to commute to the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Define and manage the roadmap for the Heat Networks use case, including priorities and timing.
• Develop compelling value propositions for solutions and systems that meet customer and market needs.
• Drive the launch of value propositions in local markets in collaboration with Local Portfolio Managers.
• Translate market, customer, and country input into clear requirements for internal development teams.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to align roadmap choices with feasibility and costs.
• Create business cases and portfolio recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management, portfolio management, strategy, or business development.
• Experience in heat networks, district heating, commercial HVAC, or related energy infrastructure.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate market insights into strategic choices.
• English: C1 proficiency required for effective communication in an international environment.
• Confidence in influencing stakeholders within a complex organizational structure.

Nice to have

• Experience with system-based or solution-based propositions.
• Familiarity with multinational organizations and cross-border collaboration.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
