What you will do

• Develop sub-category strategies and translate them into detailed product specifications and roadmaps.
• Create consumer-centric value propositions and business cases focusing on ROI and IGM% optimization.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders and UX teams to validate consumer satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead high-ambition innovation projects for the Kitchen Core category to drive next-generation platforms.
• Analyze competitor benchmarks and identify gaps to improve product competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Design teams to ensure consistent consumer representation across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record in managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• Strong communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands to support balanced office-based collaboration.
