What you will do

• Design, build, and operate multi-agent workflows and tool-enabled agents with orchestration logic and safety guardrails.
• Architect end-to-end RAG systems, including document ingestion, embedding, vector retrieval, and answer synthesis.
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs and GenAI services based on cost, performance, and privacy dimensions.
• Develop and optimize prompting strategies with automated testing and regression tracking.
• Define evaluation frameworks for generative outputs using automated metrics and LLM-as-judge approaches.
• Build and operate secure AI infrastructure on AWS using Bedrock, SageMaker, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK).

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany
• Master’s degree in Machine Learning or Computer Science, preferably with a specialization in NLP.
• Production experience designing multi-agent systems (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen) and RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and OpenSearch.
• Proficiency in production-quality Python, including async programming and testing.
• Experience with GenAI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Meta.
