TL;DR

Partner Enablement Manager (SaaS): Developing and executing external partner enablement programs to help partners effectively position, sell, and support the platform with an accent on scalable onboarding, certification, and content systems. Focus on building repeatable partner motions, optimizing the partner tech stack, and driving revenue-linked KPIs.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

What you will do

  • Build and execute a tiered enablement strategy for agencies, tech partners, and resellers.
  • Design structured onboarding and certification programs (live and async) to equip partners for discovery and co-selling.
  • Own the partner webinar and workshop calendar, covering network enablement and product updates.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive enablement library, including playbooks, battlecards, and implementation guides.
  • Administer partner tools such as Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, and Partner Fleet.
  • Define and track KPIs tied to business outcomes, such as partner activation rate and partner-sourced pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partner enablement, partnerships, or revenue enablement within SaaS.
  • Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k, HSA, and FSA benefits).
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills for webinars and executive-facing sessions.
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs that drive tangible revenue outcomes.
  • Proficiency with partner tooling and data workflows (Salesforce, PartnerStack, etc.).
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%.
