Account Executive (Public Sector): Driving new business acquisition and growing existing accounts within the UK Public Sector with an accent on Local Government, Police Forces, and Blue Light organisations. Location: Remote (Preference for South UK location)
Salary: OTE 110,000–120,000 GBP

What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition (approximately 60% focus) and grow existing accounts (40%).
- Build and execute comprehensive territory and account plans for the Southern UK region.
- Generate and manage a sales pipeline with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop and close opportunities.
- Engage stakeholders across Local Government, Police Forces, Blue Light organisations, and Central Government agencies.
- Contribute to bids, frameworks, and marketing campaigns to enhance market presence.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the technology sector.
- Exposure to the UK Public Sector (Local Government, Police/Blue Light, or Central Government).
- Demonstrable success in pipeline generation, quota attainment, and deal contribution.
- Ability to speak intelligently about Cloud SaaS, Data Networking, SDN, Virtualization, and Security.
- Must be able to operate independently in a remote environment within the South UK territory.
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Prior experience establishing a remote sales site in a home office mode.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
