Salary: $86,000 - $135,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the onboarding process for new mid-market customers from post-sale to successful deployment.
  • Define and deliver success criteria for the first 90 days of the customer lifecycle.
  • Serve as a primary customer advocate, documenting feedback and assessing needs with internal stakeholders.
  • Research and resolve technical issues, providing actionable recommendations and action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to manage escalated cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Create knowledge base content to capture learnings and improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Experience working with Windows Server operating systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes.
  • Commitment to customer success and ability to establish technical credibility.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • ITIL or PMP certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or TAM roles within a SaaS organization.
  • Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
