Salary: $328,000 - $490,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of mid-to-senior-level Key and Enterprise Account Executives to win new business.
  • Manage executive stakeholder relationships and lead high-level negotiations with strategic partners.
  • Execute and refine GTM plans for US Travel, New Markets, and Key Canadian accounts.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional deal alignment across Legal, Product, Risk, and Client Success.
  • Drive first-year expansion opportunities and standardize sales execution artifacts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and travel regularly for executive engagements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of solution selling experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Proven track record of selling into large enterprise merchants.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to broker warm leads.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for deal acceleration and team collaboration.

  • Experience in the Travel industry.
  • Experience incubating new verticals or markets.
