Senior Business Analyst (Microsoft Business Applications): Delivering projects for clients across a broad range of industries with an accent on Microsoft Business Application technologies. Focus on eliciting and translating requirements, rapid prototyping in D365, and entity modelling to drive early design decisions.

What you will do

  • Lead client workshops to scope and define projects and elicit requirements.
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis and map As-Is and To-Be processes.
  • Develop working interactive prototypes and wireframes using low-code/no-code Microsoft tools.
  • Manage the end-to-end requirements process within Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to the enhancement of practice standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications projects (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Apps).
  • Background working within a consultancy or people services organization.
  • Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to complete a client-side security clearance check.

Nice to have

  • Experience with rapid prototyping specifically within Microsoft D365.
