What you will do

  • Handle global customer inquiries and issues through email, chat, and voice channels.
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to address complaints and provide feedback on platforms and services.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of company products to assist customers in their preferred language.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate unresolved complex queries to Level 2 support or supervisors according to standard procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid work environment).
  • Proficiency in German (written and spoken) and a high level of English (C1).
  • 1-2 years of experience in language-related roles such as translation, interpretation, or localization.
  • Diploma in finance, customer service, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 schedule.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and navigate challenging linguistic situations.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and fintech industry.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, specifically Zendesk.
  • Basic computer proficiency with MacOS, Lark, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite.
