Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end features using Spring Boot, Kotlin, and React.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, and query performance.
• Build complex and maintainable UIs with TypeScript, Redux, and micro frontends.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement a consistent design system.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline and ensure high code quality via unit, component, and e2e testing.
• Integrate AI coding agents like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code into the development workflow.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience and a degree in Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Kotlin for building production-grade RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Redux, and module federation.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL and micro frontend architectures.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1).
• Must be based in Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI5 Web Components or SAP Fiori.
• Cloud experience with Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and Helm.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Istio, or Kyma.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs/GenAI using Spring AI or Azure OpenAI.
