What you will do

• Contribute to the design and development of backend components including payroll engines, ledger services, and pay cycle management.
• Build and maintain services and APIs using Go, C#, or other modern languages.
• Partner with frontend engineers to design APIs and data models that enable performant user experiences.
• Contribute to frontend development for the payroll SaaS product to build reliable and accessible features.
• Design and maintain integration services for partner platforms to expedite customer onboarding.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues using root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Go, Python, or C#.
• Experience building or contributing to modern frontend applications using frameworks like React, Vue, or TypeScript.
• Experience working with relational databases and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Bangkok office.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Helm, Kustomize, or Terraform.
• Interest in optimizing Kubernetes-based environments for resiliency and scalability.
