What you will do

• Record purchase invoices (PO and non-PO) for all Belgian and Spanish entities.
• Train and manage the OCR tool to ensure automatic recognition of invoice fields.
• Manage the purchase mailbox and resolve booking issues, including vendor creation.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal and external communication procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of the P2P process and the ERP system.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting or proven equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
• Solid knowledge of VAT regulations.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Liège, Belgium.
• Basic knowledge of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with D365 and the Exflow module.
• Knowledge of PO workflows and P2P processes.
• Experience with analytical dimensions such as cost centers and departments.
