What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of products or workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Plan and run squad delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog flow, and release management.
• Manage cross-squad dependencies, risks, and issues, maintaining a clear view of the critical path.
• Provide decision-oriented delivery updates to programme leadership, focusing on value and risk.
• Manage delivery budgets, forecasts, and squad capacity to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Promote an outcome-focused delivery culture and embed agile practices across multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex digital or software products in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong hands-on experience running delivery in agile, product-led squads using Scrum or Kanban.
• Solid grounding in structured delivery approaches such as PRINCE2, MSP, or PMI.
• Demonstrated ability to drive behavioral and process change within teams through influence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complexity for senior stakeholders.
• Financial and commercial awareness, including experience managing delivery budgets and holding suppliers to plan.
