What you will do
- Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams.
- Align business and technology stakeholders around project goals, priorities, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Promote and support the adoption of AI-driven approaches within project delivery and workflows.
- Perform risk analysis and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects.
- Intermediate English level or higher.
- Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Experience implementing automation or AI-driven business solutions.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
